What You can Expect From a Flat Fee MLS Listing:

 More internet exposure for your home than any other company including Pikes Peak or Pueblo MLS(s) listing, upgraded Realtor.com ads and placement on thousands of other websites.

Unlike most real estate companies, we offer all-inclusive exposure including the For Sale By Owner buyers to make sure every buyer knows about your property. Other marketing plans miss half of the total buyers.

You determine the amount of commission you offer to buyers’ agents.

We will show your property to buyers without an agent, or you can show the property yourself and save the buyer’s agent commission.

Marketing plan lasts until sold and you can come and go as you please with no renewal fees.

Strategic negotiation from contract offer to escrow closing.

With Springs Realty Full Service option you only pay $499 at the time of listing and 1% (only $3,000 on a $300,000 home) at closing. If a buyer’s agent is involved, you pay a commission to them that you set. An example would be 1%, 2%, 3% or 4% - you choose. Most clients rent an agent electronic lockbox for $100. No other fees are expected or necessary however we do offer additional options with the most popular being a virtual tour.

What We Are Selling You:

$499 is all it takes to list your home TODAY. 

You pay only 1% on the sales price at closing.

You will need to pay a buyer’s agent a commission to be in the MLS(s), you choose the commission. Some of our clients offer 1%, 2%, 3% or 4%. If a buyer is not working with an agent, you save that commission.
